Click-Raft Type 03 is specifically developed to provide flexible, low cost, rapid assembly structures for business, retail or educational/training use. Click-Raft is a beautifully crafted and highly sustainable open system architecture which utilizes CNC machined plywood click-leaf’s to form a lattice of very strong diaphram structure. The flexible and extendable nature of the system allows for many different building solutions. Customisation, rapid prototyping and fabrication within factory conditions, flat-pack transport and rapid-assembly on-site ensure very cost-effective buildings.
Queens Wharf is a 200m2 retail space defined in two zones, one open and flexible, the other with integrated storage walls, toilet and changing pods. Column centres at 4.5m combined with 2.9m ceiling height provide a generous sense of space which together with highly crafted timber achieve a warm, high quality retail environment. External cladding is a combination of composite plywood skin panels with closed cell foam insulation, and full height translucent polycarbonate and glazing panels.
If desired, Type 03 structures can be specified with fully integrated autonomous systems and services structure, cladding, power/data, plumbing, energy systems, water systems, storage and even furniture within the weave of the plywood click-leaf structure.
